    We are a family owned, general contracting company specializing in “portable” heavy highway and infrastructure construction projects located predominantly throughout the great state of Oregon. Oregon Mainline Paving, LLC specializes in heavy highway general contracting for the Oregon Department of Transportation, but also performs similar highway and road building contracts for local Oregon county and city agencies, as well as the WSDOT, FHWA, FAA and local Northwest Port authorities. Approximately fifty percent of our company's annual revenue is derived from self-performed portable asphalt production & paving work, while an additional twenty percent is tied to self performed earthwork/underground utility work. The remaining thirty percent is attributed to specialized work performed by local Northwest subcontractors (i.e. structure work, striping, guardrail, etc.).

Oregon Mainline Paving, LLC owns and operates three portable drum mix asphalt plants which produce approximately 500,000 tons of hot mix asphalt concrete materials annually for our various construction contracts.
